Cityjet uses 2F (unless this has changed in the last month since the opening of 2E but I don't think so)
As was said they always use remote stands (the BAE146 doesnt' fit on the airbridges at CDG), most of the time they use the downstairs gates (F50 something?) in 2F
2 hours will be loads of time ... 2E and 2F are directly accross from eachother.
Edited to add I agree with GrapeDane as always there's a good chance that your luggage won't make it dont' check anything in that you can't afford to be without for 24 hours... Missing luggage usually turns up on a later flight the same day and they'll deliver it to your hotel. Although the BAE146 is a small aircraft they let you take fairly large roller cases to the aircraft and then you surrender them at the aircraft door to be put in the baggage hold - there's no problem with this at all this luggage always makes it.. it's only the luggage you through check all the way with a connection at CDG you need worry about.
