I wish I could send you a PIR number but when I reported the damaged stroller at Abu Dhabi airport, all I got was a piece of scrap paper with an email address for baggage claims ([email protected]).

I asked for a proper document as proof of damage for my travel insurance but I was told to send an email with a photo of the damaged stroller.

I will PM you the information now and a copy of the email. I'm afraid I might not be able to claim with my travel insurance since I was supposed to get this document (PIR I guess) within 24H.

I would appreciate a prompt follow-up please..
