(This is an honest question, not a snark.)
I've been changed on many carriers - all fare classes except F - and never have received notification.
Which is why I'm checking the reservation monthly, weekly, and daily as the departure date approaches. I just take it as part of the deal.
Delta surely doesn't, AF doesn't and KLM doesn't.
Using expertflyer and set seat alerts, especially on KLM flights as it happened a couple of times that they kicked me out of an EC/EER seat.
Try also not to book the last row of a F seat in case of equipment changes (and less F seats)

(I did call 3 months ago and I wasn't happy about the extra 11£ on my phone bill).
So I have no way to talk directly to delta, unless I call their US number, other than twitter.

I believe that the agent on twitter referred to his supervisor and I really really pushed to express how unhappy I was but nothing else could be obtained ....
What's the current rule for EER seats for FB gold? 50% discount? You should have some kind of proof of payment/E ticket then? & did you select the seats on Delta or KLM/AF.com?

Tried this?

Or will it be still AF/KLM agents picking up the phone when calling that number?
