I flown with them a number of times on the CDG-BIQ (Biarritz) route. Space is tight, but it is a short flight.
If I remember correct, they serve a refreshment and snack. Flight attendents speaks French with an Irish accent.
Be aware that you will need to be bussed to the plane in CDG. If your connection is tight, there is good chance that your luggage won't make it.
