I think people have discussed logistics because we don't have particular knowledge of who might deliver. I've had a couple recent stays at hotels at MIA, and I either at the hotel I was staying at or used uber or lyft to visit a restaurant I wanted to go to elsewhere (whether downtown, Little Havana, or someplace else). For example, I like:

But I have no idea if they would deliver to the airport.
Depending upon the hotel you usually stay at you could always ask the concierge or front desk personnel if they have any ideas.
