I need to book a trip to Europe, I was able to find another bulk fare, by the same TA.
Non-stop flight for $3600 in Business class - Bulk fare. the published fare is $8200.

If I book the bulk fare, then pay $400 to change the date, just like I did last time, I *may* move to a regular fare and earn PQD.

I think it's worth the risk because my options are:

1. Book UA BULK fare, non-stop flight. No PQD (unless the change will work).
2. Book *A partner regular fare, but it will be with +1 stop and No PQDs.

Thoughts?
