Another stay here last weekend for part of my birthday. As a Platinum I got upgraded to a Junior Suite (really just a large room) but did get the usual Butler service and check-in.

This property has yet to put a foot wrong and remains potentially my favourite Starwood property in Europe in terms of service levels and just getting everything right all the time.
