Law enforcement's repeated harassment of an individual despite no criminal history? That outcome is a problem, even at the "borders". At some point, the only lesson these governmental characters understand is litigation against their own excesses and the termination of their desired employment/career prospects.
Unfortunately, accountability in the US today is a joke when it comes to holding government officials fully accountable under the law.
