Officially, no they don't. I wish B6 would change this policy and include free drinks for passengers on the same PNR as a Mosaic member as this is inconsistently implemented and can get awkward (traveling with co-workers). Also, I've seen Mosaic members ordering multiple drinks and giving them to their companion, which is a dumb workaround.
