It seems the Q-points accrual did in fact change.

I had a segment ORD-DTW on 4/3, original fare was L, rerouted due to weather misconnect, the new boarding pass still showed L, and the only way I can make sense of my current balances is by assuming that leg earned 802 q-points (ie factor 1.0 to q-miles). That leaves the question whether flights booked in Q now earn factor .5.

I have more trips booked into L coming up, wondering if I'll get those extra points
