I'm seated in Y on what i assume is a mid-haul a321. The six rows in front of me have been unavailable since i booked a couple months ago, the rest of the plane has been relatively empty so i'm guessing they are blocked. any idea when they will unblock these seats? I'm hoping to get 9A or C.

Bonus question: Is row 14 a better choice? (it's only a 2hr flight from OSL) or is it reduced width because of screen in armrest or something like that? I haven't been able to find much about these planes in economy.
