Book it and then call the hotel to see what room category they have you in. If it's not Ocean View, just cancel. Based on it saying "Club Ocean" and my experience with the Hyatt booking platform I feel that it is highly likely to be ocean view.
As to your other questions; suite does NOT mean club access, that's still extra. You should be able to add it with points but you may not be able to do it online.
A AAA rate - if booked through Hyatt - is considered a standard rate for all intents and purposes, as is the Hyatt Member Rate.
