I would get this fixed before the airport. Secure Flight information has nothing to do with passports or travel documents. The only fields for Secure Flight Data are 1)Passenger name, 2)Date of Birth, 3)Sex (yes or no? lol ), and 4)Known Traveler Number/Redress Number.

If this information can't be saved into the record, it can't be submitted to TSA. All airlines are legally required to submit the information. You can't fly without it being done.

It may mean they have to recreate the reservation. (Which is separate from the ticket) Some where along the line something got corrupted and now the system won't save it.
