Thanks for all replies... you mostly covered the 'logistics' but not the actual 'where order'. What restaurant delivers good food at reasonable prices (app, no app, phone... lobby pickup... whatever)? What is your favourite whenever you are nearby MIA and do not want to overpay for the (often but not always) average Hotel food?
