In all cases like this I would also suggest writing a letter to the Minister of Transport, our illustrious Astronoaut Marc Garneau (you can mail it for free to him at the House of Commons - or send an email - see http://www.parl.gc.ca/Parliamentaria...-Garneau(10524) ), since he is supposedly looking at the whole idea of a Passengers' Bill of Rights for Canada. He needs to get input about these kinds of situations.
