This is 7A - you can see that the window is not useable. I thought it looked like a rather dark area to be in on a day flight, although bags of room.

For info I chose 8F out and 1A back recently and would recommend either. 8F has lots of privacy, particularly as there was no one in 8A/8C. 1A also feels nice and secluded. I had lots of attention from the cabin crew as well.

PS Mods - there is an A321 Mid Haul thread somewhere, so I guess these three posts would be best moved.
