They are the worst. From the front desk employees to management- seriously. I had the same thing happen with a points reservation.

They wouldn't even let my family on the premises until I purchased a second room. I thought the property itself was nice - but the service - worst I've ever experienced. I would not wish this property on my worst enemy !!

However I will tell you, the taxi trip TO the airport is always insanely priced no matter where you take a taxi from. Airport > Lima is always significantly cheaper
