We had a discount code because of being rouged. When I went to use it online to buy business (lowest) tickets the system wouldn't allow it. I got a hold of customer service and she said to buy the tickets full price and AC would reimburse me. I did that but then she found out that they couldn't reimburse until after we had flown (in approx 10 months ). We did that and AC gave us our money about 5 days after returning. A strange set up but it worked.
