missing luggage
we were traveling from AUH-DOH (Eithad)- CDG(Qatar).
DOH-CDG was in first class.
2 days now, nobody return phone calls or email AFTER we registered for baggage missing claim. call QR CS, they suggested us to call local service; called local service, they were saying they just contracted with QR, they have no update now, I have to contact QR.
Where should I go, and complaint now!
They completely ruined my WTR trip.
p.s I only stay 1 or 2 nights for each location, and now I am stranded!!
Would someone pls enlighten me a way to contact the right place. thanks!
