I can't answer the OP's query, other than to say that the cabins were indeed identified by province. My abiding memory of the Aer Lingus 747s is that the normal Irish heavy rainfall was not confined to the exterior of the aircraft, but accompanied you on your trip.. Got drenched on one particular flight.
