You beat my by 2-minutes as I was adding the same story to the Qantas Keeping its Head......" thread. I hope QF know what they are doing here like they say they do. I can't believe it's taken all day to get on to FT even thogh I was able to this morning easily enough from home. Looks like improvements are on the way though.
