Absolutely a true statement; I do consider myself a private pilot. As I stated above, I do not fly for an airline, but do fly (larger) planes several times a year. I consider myself a private pilot as I am a business owner, not an airline/cargo pilot. While the certs says ATP and commercial pilot, I would say private pilot would be more accurate in a general discussion.

Actually, as I stated, Mythbusters came to the wrong conclusion. And I cited many other sources. You are picking and choosing.

Don't apologize. I love flying premium. I am fortunate to be able to do it to strange and exotic places. And 100% I do mileage runs when I can; mostly on the weekends. I love the chase. (Or at least I did before the latest devaluations.) And yes, part of what we do is analyze data. All true statements.

You have every right to doubt and question anything/everything. I am glad I am teaching you that.

Yes, we do. And I cited lots of facts here and in many threads. It would be great if your provided your own opinion or facts, rather than just stalking others and name calling.

Even implying/joking you hope some has an accident/incident is just sick.
When I started flying 20+ years ago, I trained to always be the safest pilot out there, because someone else will not be. I will not apologize for believing I am the safest pilot around; I hope every pilot thinks and acts that same way. It seems a few of you want to fly with pilots that believe they are NOT the safest pilot. YIKES!

Way off topic, but, yes, another data point that taking bags off the flight did not harm anyone. And I still don't condone taking the roller boards, but, disagree about a bag at my feet. And again, that debate is happening on the ground, as it should be.
