What I found to be amazing was not only the fact that they have prices posted in £ and not €, but that they charge £16.95 for a continental breakfast. That is atrocious for the swtandard of hotel and (I imagine) for the quality / variety of food offered.

BTW, did you ask for an upgrade after none was offered?
