I agree that it did have high walls, but it really felt like the whole thing was just shoved into an inadequately sized space, as though it was an afterthought.
Maybe they did replace the sheets because I could see only the rough shape of the person in the pool when looking from above, but no detail. And at night I could see almost nothing. And spending 4 days in that suite was very nice I thought. We had plenty of space.

Were other people actually using or wanting to use the seats? We never saw anyone (except children) even attempt to use them - and actually heard from a number of guests that they also thought it was a terrible design. How did they get the Coronas to you? Did they have a little float or something?
Yes there were people using those seats throughout my stay. It's an excellent place to relax with a beer and watch over the pool and sea. There are stairs in the pool both at the entrance and the island so the bar guy just walked to the end of the entry steps and I walked down and across to fetch the beer. It only took a few seconds. I found it to be a neat design and great for parents to watch over their kids. But when it comes to pool design it's clear that you cannot please everyone.

We were eaten alive, so YMMV.
Sorry to hear that. There wasn't much rain while I was there so maybe that had something to do with it. On the last day I just left the sliding door to the private pool open all day and enjoyed the warm weather. No mosquitos at all.
