Sorry for the confusion

my current ticket has 30min between the international flight and the domestic flight. this is a single booking and apparently TAM has cancelled the 0920 flight to POA and they booked me on the early flight resulting in an impossible 30min connection time.
The next flight to POA leaves around 1300 so I have 5 hours to kill if I ask them to rebook me on that flight

So my questions are:
1. if you connect to a domestic flight, arriving from an international flight, can you access the T3 lounge after immigration and security?
2. Is there a TAM lounge in T2?
