Old terms from the Wiki "Weekend Night Certificates offer is not available if you have had a Citi Hilton HHonors Reserve Card account that was opened or closed in the past 24 months."

I have an Citi Hilton HHonors Visa Signature Card and was trying to apply the Reserve version and found I wouldn't be qualified for the offer.
