When I checked to see what time tickets open, I remember that the tickets open online at 8am Milan time (1am my CST), except for July 2016 (when I neeed it) it did not open until 11am (3am my CST) and by 8am all the tickets for July was sold. Needless to say, I did not get much sleep that night, but we were in town for just a few days and Last Supper was my only must do. You are going more off season, so hopefully it is less of an issue for you.
