The short answer is that hopefully you will be able to through check at NCL, particularly if you booked this some time ago. The long answer is here, and as you will see you can't be totally sure of that:

LIS departs from T3. If you did have to pick up your bags you'd have to go landside. It would slow you down a bit, but domestic baggage return at T5 is quite quick.
