I may be out of touch with this but certainly when I used to frequent the galleries club lounges the breakfast was far inferior to the arrivals lounge (croissant and cereal, odd bacon roll versus a full English)- is that still a valid critique? Also a much better chance of getting a spa treatment in the arrivals lounge. If it is a layover of many hours I think I would go landside. If I had kids with me and couldn't use the e-gates for passport control I might even go through immigration in T3 and get the Hex to T5 before using the arrivals lounge; is that well wide of the mark?!
