So you should include a letter that cites the relevant parts of the citi agreement, for example what they cover, what they require, etc. Then point out how you met those requirements- 'here is the agreement', 'here is the rental agreement (zipcar provides no 'final closed agreement', but instead emails the statement) here it is'.

The idea is to make it clear that you know what is legally required and you are providing that to them.

Did zipcar give you an itemized damage statement? I assume so and that you sent that.

Did the charge the $750 on the citicard?
