There are some posts in this thread where people have said they favoured one seat over another, with no real consensus. Many FFs have preferences for certain seats on certain aircraft, should they be available to select.

You will get a different answer from almost everyone you ask.

Over all my flights with AC, I've sat in every J on the 788, some multiple times over a variety of destinations.

AC 116 has posted flight times of under 4 hours for the past 10 days or so.
I tend to be more selective on the 13-16 hour flights than the 4-6. But that's me.

1A/K have a bit more room in the footwell, if that matters and are of course close to the galley. I found those seats to be fine on transcon, but were not great across the Pacific due to the noise and light from the galley. (No, I do not use products to block either).

Also, there is a third window at the very front, which you can see right behind the IFE.
