The CWT screen, towards the end, has a seat selection window which works on many airlines including BA, so long as the corporate deal underpinning the relationship is in place. AMEX and some of the specialist travel agencies have similar interfaces (typically rather smarter than CWT's layout). It's a bit clunky but less so when the flight is within 72 hours of departue and the Emerald cardholder blocked seats are available. What may be possible - if your employer allows it - is to use CWT for personal travel and refund your employer for the cost; alternatively use your own credit card on the CWT account and bill the employer separately for the work related travel - again assuming your employer allows that to happen. As suggested by NWIFlyer, it's less of a function of the travel agency product, more reflecting the deal that BA's commercial people have with either your company or industry sector.
