I try to redeem a AA ticket from YYC to DFW but the asiamiles agent said that I can't because it is operated under Envoy Air which is used to called American Eagle and is a wholly owned subsidiary of AA Group. She keeps saying that it needs to be operated under either American Eagle ( which does not exist anymore) or AA.
Is she correct ?
