Thanks for the response. I guess some of the Chase reps don't know what they're talking about seeing as how it works for you. This was part of their response when I asked about getting the plastic version:
"The option to have both the plastic and metal version is unavailable. I request you destroy your old card after you confirm receipt of the new one."
Yeah, they told me that when they sent me a plastic CSP for the first time. They also said they'd send me an envelope so I could send the metal one back for them to destroy, which they didn't.
Both cards definitely work, though.
