It's the same with Fastbreak with Budget. If it is a Fastbreak location you pick up your contract and walk to the car. All options and credit card are preselected by you. At JFK because of security concerns you stand on a separate line and they check ID before handing you the contract but the line can be out the door (Friday) and the next agent takes you from the Fastbreak line.
Though just like vincentharris, if the location is not Fastbreak, you get the hard sell on all options, the push of insurance and even upsell attempts. Happens every time at BUF that I stopped using Budget.
