Sick of call centres inabilities

Calling for a simple change to my booking

Call centre person doesn't know how to do it so therefore it is impossible

Ask to speak to supervisor and put 'on hold' until I go away or the call times out and disconnects

Has happened so many times I'm sick of it

Has this happened to you ?
