99.99% of my rentals are done at airports, and 99.99% of my rentals are through National. I have executive platinum medallion gold whatever the hell it is called

No pressure I get to go to the executive line to pick my car, all my preferences/paperwork is done online I get in and go. Knock on wood NEVER had a problem.

Recently rented from a local non airport Enterprise location and it was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! They push that insurance HARD!!!! Even when it began I tried to tell them I am on a company rate, and we can not accept the insurance they wouldnt stop. I honestly after all the crap happening before that with this rental was ready to walk out.

While waiting for my car, I heard them setting up other peoples rentals and the amount of high pressure craptastic lies they tell is depressing.

National has amazing customer services, and Enterprise is the WORST.

Enterprise owns National, it is mind boggling how the parent company sucks this bad....
