With US Airways miles, you can not transfer from one account to the other. Nor can you pool miles from two accounts to claim one award.

The closest you can come is to use miles from one account to book an award for another person - even if not a family member. That is to say I can book a roundtrip award ticket for my friend but I can't put my miles in his/her account.
