No more massages for arriving F-passengers.

It*is* misleading. You were *not* a passenger departing from LHR in 1st class ( or Club World ). If you were departing on a longhaul flight in an appropriate class of travel you would have been permitted to use it.

Okay I should have used the word ARRIVING passengers. You're right about that.

But the policy still sucks I have been flying BA since three years now and there wasn't a single trip when I presented myself for a massage RETURNING from a long haul flight (at least 15-20 times) and received treatment. Even sometimes when coming from Casablance (non long-haul). The MB-staff theirselves say that the rules changed and they think it's stupid (their words 'not so smart and frustrating for passengers'). So BA changed the rules of the game and I'm not happy. As stated before: to me this it's inconsistent with the Concorde-room policy as well.

Oh yes I know that I can use the massage at departure (I sometimes do when the layover is long, but somehow returning there is more wait than arriving). But just wonder when you'd appreciate the massage the most . Good news about JFK, too bad out of my next 4 long haul trips only 1 is to JFK :-/. I'm still unhappy by the change, but BA gets away with it, since I already booked a new trip.
