I did mine through secure message, so perhaps you did it via phone or in person based on your description. In the message I was told that they couldn't do a expedited delivery (after initially mentioning a "rush delivery" being available) and that it'd be 3-5 business days. At this point I'm assuming it's via normal post and will show by Friday as nothing came in the mail today.
