I can't find my ticket on the China Southern website.

Here's the situation:

Booked via a corporate travel agent.
The itin has one segment on Asiana and one on China Southern.
Booked on China Southern ticket stock, number begins 784.

I can find the Asiana segment on their website by using the PRN and Date of flight option.

I can't find the itin on Saudi, and and I can't find it on China Southern using either their PRN or the ticket number.

Both require entry of last name, so my best guess is that the ticket has my name entered in some format where the last name isn't being recognized?

Update: I think I figured out the China Southern website issue - under information there's a note that you can use manage your booking for flights booked on their website. Still doesn't explain why I can't find it on Suadia...
