It's not misleading, since I was a F-passenger that was refused ...... I hate waiting as well. But I also hate to see staff hanging around not delivering any service to anyone, because there aren't any customers. If a gold member flying long haul steps in and does get service that is annoying. I hate waiting as well.
When discussing the situation the manager decided to give me a massage (as an exception to the rules), which I valued a lot. But the change - that the staff hates as well - is strange. If capacity is the problem solve that. I feel that I'm a victim of terminal changes -> improvements.
