Of course this is a completely separate flight (if I could have booked an OSL-LHR segment onto the QR one this would not be an issue).

However, the argument stands: it is unreasonable for an airline to change your arrival time by almost two hours within a couple of weeks of your flight and not be prepared to accommodate a flight change or a refund. Other airlines do it, QR does not.
