Whilst I feel your pain, could you clarify if this is really a 'misconnect' and a 'OSL-LHR connection'? I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I'd wager that the OSL-LHR flight is a completely separate flight to your QR booking, in which case I can't see any reason why QR should accommodate you any more than if you complained about arriving home in OSL late for dinner. Not to sound harsh, but this is filed in the caveat emptor tray.
