I was able to get both Hyatt and Southwest points for the same stay at MGM Grand Las Vegas by advising them in advance of arrival of both programs. I checked at check-in to make sure everything had been noted. Both sets of points posted, as did the double Southwest credit card points for patronizing a Southwest partner.
