Three things, please.

Issue 1

Is anyone working on the fault that means that the MMB option to "Print/email e-ticket receipt" is not working, giving only a small blank page with no content? It was reported in this thread some days ago, but it's still not working.

Issue 2

When inserting an emergency contact, the drop-down field for the country of the phone number appears to be the same as in other places - it starts with UK and then US, then there is a blank line before the normal alphabetical full list. However, the default position of that field is on the blank line, which means that the normal keystroke series to get "United Kingdom" doesn't work. Please could this drop-down menu be made to behave in the same way as the others?

Issue 3

When inserting an arrival contact, the website will not accept a standard Hong Kong phone number (8 digits), whether or not the country code is repeated at the beginning of the number. I don't know what it's expecting, but 8 digits alone ought to be acceptable as that is the standard Hong Kong format.
