Experience from recent flight:

In 99% of the cases, doors 2L are used for boarding and deplaning.

If you can get a seat in rows 1-9, I strongly urge you to do so, especially if you like to "get out quickly"

Rows 12 and above are usually held back until everyone from rows 1-9 has gotten out.
