Flying from Miami to LHR in January in Economy :-(

We have already booked our seats on the upper deck but have just gone to check, and we can now get exit row seats - 70A/B or 80 A/B.

It is a night flight so unsure what to choose... we are thinking of row 70 but is the smaller cabin a better bet?
