This would be fine if they would substitute a "paid' option. But it doesn't work too well for those of us who rush to the airport to catch our flight, end up with a tight connection and no time to purchase food at DFW or ORD.

Once, again shafting the business customer to save a few bucks in the cattle car.

How tough would it be to have the greeter-FA sell bistro bags to people when they board the plan, or right b/f takeoff?
