Yup, if you book a coach award, and want to switch to business, you can pay the additional miles with no fee.

If you purchase the ticket with money, you can upgrade for 25k miles + $350 (per person, each way). Mileage upgrades like this are subject to availability...if they're not available at the time booking (usually they aren't), you can be added to a waitlist.
